How we handle your data

Pinoki collects only the information needed to take and fulfil an order. When you place an order through the checkout form or WhatsApp, we record your name, phone number, and delivery address.

Cart contents are stored locally in your browser. Payment details are handled by Razorpay when checkout payments are enabled and are not stored on our servers.

We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or use third-party analytics on this storefront. Contact details are used only to reply to your order or support request.
